Our team

Phil and Sally Leavitt founded "Sally's Old Pine Gift Shop" in October of 1973.  Sally ran the store operations daily while Phil was employed.  Each night Phil would change from his office attire into his shop clothes and create custom wood products to offer their clients.  The business grew, offering Fenton glassware and high end giftware, custom wood creations such as wall sconces, pine furniture, dollhouses and a full line of dollhouse miniatures.

Joanne Leavitt, Phil and Sally's youngest child, spent just about every day after school in the store with Sally - learning how to attend to customers and wrap gift purchases.  Now Joanne is the President of the company and oversees the daily operations of the engraving and awards division.

Janell Van Dunk joined the business in 2004 as the COO and is now co-owner. Janell oversees the apparel and promotions division of the company and assures that custom embroidered and screen printed products exceed our clients expectations.

History

Since 1973 we have experienced many changes.  What began as Sally's Old Pine Gift Shop became The Old Pine Shop when the showroom closed in 1979.  For several years the business was based from home as product offerings became more of the custom variety and less of giftware.  The business continued to grow via word of mouth and began concentrating on corporate and organizational awards.  While it was not uncommon to receive a request now and then for an embroidered jacket or screen printed shirt, in 2004 we established Awards Worth Winning LLC to handle the garment and promotional products offerings and opened a new showroom.

We have established an overall company "Aldrin Enterprises LLC" to encompass our trade names: Old Pine Shop, Awards Worth Winning, Knights Shop - and a few others.  Our vision is to continue what Phil and Sally began in 1973, well into the future - and continue to offer the highest quality custom products that exceed your expectations!

THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU!
